Surrender of Books and Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, Höegh Norway shall forthwith surrender to Höegh UK, or procure the surrender to Höegh UK, of any and all books, records, documents and other property relating to this Agreement and to the business, finance, technology, trademarks or affairs of the MLP and any member of the Partnership Group (including Höegh UK) and, except as required by law, shall not retain any copies of same.
