Common use of SURVEYING SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SURVEYING SERVICES. Any surveying services required shall be the responsibility of the contractor and considered incidental to the scope of work under this contract and therefore covered under the terms of this contract. No separate payment shall be made. Upon completion, the Contractor shall prepare an as-built plan for the project site in which the finished grades are certified by a Registered Land Surveyor.
