Clarification of Services. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx doing business as Blossom & Be Wellness Retreat offers services in education and training. The teachings, instruction, advice, training, recommendations, counsel and referrals provided through written material, in individual coaching, course sessions, and phone communications, are not a cure or remedy for physical or psychological problems. Information, education, instruction and coaching provided in coaching sessions are designed to support, not replace, medical care or any relationships that currently exist between clients and their physicians, psychiatrists, or therapists. Blossom & Be Wellness Retreat offers no clinical diagnosis of, or medical treatment for, any physical illnesses, mental disorder, or emotional dysfunctionality that an individual may have. Where the practice of compassion is suggested in relation to well-being, it is done solely as education, coaching, mentoring and teaching.

Plan Finalization for Bidding: Review, finalize, and incorporate final revisions to Drawings and Specifications, other Construction Contract Documents, Utility Coordination Documents, bidding- related documents, and the most recent opinion of probable Construction Cost, after review of final plans and contract documents by the Owner.
Clarification of Services. The following provides further clarification of services that are included in the scope of services document, by specifically describing more specific tasks that are or are not included and by providing specific quantities to define scope where appropriate. Phase 100 – Project ManagementThe Consultant will schedule and attend all progress/review meetings. The Consultant will create and distribute a meeting agenda prior to all progress meetings. This scope estimates 18 meetings. • The Consultant will attend 1 open house style public meeting(s). The Consultant will prepare a strip map and to be used at the public meeting and may be shown to the general public, used in media, be presented to various groups, and/or be used to aid in ROW and construction easement negotiations. • The Consultant will attend 1 council meeting to provide updates to council members. Consultant will prepare PowerPoint presentation to be used as part of this presentation. • The Consultant will provide railroad coordination. This will include setting up and attending 2 diagnostic meetings and providing construction drawings to railroad. Phase 200 – Survey Services • Topo Survey – Xxxxxx will review the previously conducted survey of the area from 11th to 15th street for consistency and inclusion in the project. Xxxxxx will collect Topographic Survey data for the additional area as indicated in orange on the attached exhibit. Improvements including buildings, driveways, fencing, vegetation, existing storm sewer systems, existing visible utilities and underground utilities as located by Missouri One-Call system. The survey shall be tied vertically to the NAVD 1988 Vertical Datum and Horizontally to the Missouri State Plane Coordinate System NAD 83-West Zone-US Survey Foot. Xxxxxx’x fee does not include preparation of a deliverable survey in paper format. Survey provided will be in AutoCad format only. • Boundary Survey – Consultant will collect boundary information sufficient for preparing and writing easement descriptions. The survey shall be tied vertically to the NAVD 1988 Vertical Datum and Horizontally to the Missouri State Plane Coordinate System NAD 83-West Zone- US Survey Foot.   • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Delegation of Services The Administrator may, at its expense, delegate to one or more entities some or all of the services for the Fund for which the Administrator is responsible under this Subcontract. The Administrator will be responsible for the compensation, if any, of any such entities for such services to the Fund, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties or with the Fund. Notwithstanding any delegation pursuant to this paragraph, the Administrator will continue to have responsibility and liability for all such services provided to the Fund under this Subcontract.

  • Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section E shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section E requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with: (1) the terms of this Agreement; (2) Applicable Law; and

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

HIV TESTING, CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCLOSURE

  • Cessation of services The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You.

  • Inspection of Services Subcontractor shall make the Services accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by the Contractor. Subcontractor shall, at the first opportunity, inspect all material and equipment delivered to the job site by others to be used or incorporated in the Subcontractor’s Services and give prompt notice of any defect therein. Subcontractor assumes full responsibility to protect the work done hereunder until final acceptance by the Contractor or any authorized third (3rd) party.
