Common use of SURVIVABILITY AND SEVERABILITY Clause in Contracts

SURVIVABILITY AND SEVERABILITY. Any term, condition, covenant or obligation which requires performance by either party subsequent to termination of this Agreement shall remain enforceable against such party subsequent to such termination. In the event any section sentence clause or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid illegal or unenforceable by a court having jurisdiction over the matter the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected by such determination and shall remain in full force and effect.
