PAINT a. Provide paint color as specified on finish plans - one (1) coat primer base, two (2) coats flat water base latex acrylic.
PAINT. All walls will receive (2) coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Eggshell Finish; Color: As indicated on drawings. Designated walls shall receive accent paints, choice of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Eggshell Finish, Color: As indicated on drawings. All ceilings and open to structure areas to receive (2) coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Flat Finish; Color: As indicated on drawings.
PAINT. One (1) coat of paint in a standard light color interior flat latex, except in the toilet rooms and at the coffee bar which shall receive one (1) coat of latex semi-gloss enamel over one (1) coat of PVA sealer. If the walls are smooth finished, they shall receive two (2) coats of paint.
PAINT. The Paint shall have a semi-gloss sheen, and shall be one of the following Federal Standard 595B colors: Green #14036, Brown #10049, Black #27038 or Grey #26147 or as selected by the Engineer. All painted posts and/or painted surfaces shall be cleaned of all foreign matter, such as loose paint, rust, dirt, and grease before painting. Paint used must be of the anti-graffiti, corrosion resisting, semi-gloss type as manufactured by Armor Products, Inc., by BC Products International, Inc., by Con-Lux Coatings, Inc. or an approved equal. Paint Characteristics: The protective coating must exhibit the following characteristic. Exceptional resistance to ultra violet light, road salt compounds, and industrial chemical fumes. High impact resistance forward and reverse to withstand 160 psi directly without cracking, chipping, or peeling. Display a water transmission rate of less than 0.00000005 Perms. Bend over 180 degrees and 1/8" mandrel without cracking. Suitable for applications in below freezing temperatures. Resist solvents for removal of graffiti off painted surface. Resist flame or high temperatures to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Shall possess unique molecular structure suitable for brush, roll or spray application to achieve high quality, general purpose usage, exceptional spreadability and adhesion. Exhibit corrosion resistance equal to that tested as part of Painting System #41 by the Steel Structures Painting Council. Chemical Composition of Paint All paint must conform with the following chemical requirements: No more than 20 percent Oxal Hexel, 17 percent Butyl Acetate, 3 percent Xylol. Maximum of 40 percent volatile by volume. Minimum of 60 degrees Fahrenheit Flashpoint. Formulated with air out additives for flowability. Two part aliphatic urethane with a 3 to 1 mixture ration and an absolute minimum of 60 percent solid content. Maximum VOC of 3.45 per gallon.
PAINT. The removal of exterior paint by non-destructive means that is limited to hand scraping, low pressure water wash (less than 200 p.s.i.), or paint-removal chemicals. The application of paint to previously painted surfaces. Painting that would cover unpainted surfaces or historic decorative paint schemes, such as graining, stenciling, marbling, etc., shall not be considered exempt work items. All exterior paint treatment shall conform to the guidance for lead paint removal in Stipulation I (C)(5).
PAINT. The Aircraft fuselage including radome, wing to body fairings, wheel well doors, vertical stabilizer, and engine cowlings (if previously painted) shall be prepared for repainting by sanding or stripping the paint pursuant to the Airframe Manufacturer’s recommended procedures for painting of aircraft, and shall be repainted using a paint of a quality reasonably acceptable to Lessor, or as otherwise agreed by Lessor in writing, in a color scheme, including logo, as directed by Lessor, provided, however, (i) the Aircraft shall be painted white if Lessor is unable to supply the necessary patterns in sufficient time to permit completion of the painting of the color scheme and logo without causing a delay in the redelivery of the Aircraft and (ii) if painted in the color and logo as directed by Lessor, then Lessor shall reimburse Lessee for the incremental cost in excess of the cost Lessee would have incurred to paint the Aircraft in its own livery, and all such preparation and painting shall be in accordance with the Airframe Manufacturer’s recommended procedures for painting of aircraft. Preparation for such repainting shall include restoration of aerodynamic sealer in areas requiring aerodynamic sealer due to deterioration or missing sealant. All required placards and markings shall be in the English language and shall be replaced if not in English, or if deteriorated.
PAINT. PLM is to compensate Varig for painted liveries at ----- the rate of $25,000.00 per Aircraft (except for complex or full liveries) and such amount shall be offset against the next due payment from Varig.
PAINT. Paint all walls and trim within the Premises, (trim - one color, semi-gloss, walls with a maximum of four (4) colors, eggshell unless otherwise specified), colors to be selected by Tenant from Landlord’s selection list. Apply 5’ tall band of IdeaPaint or whiteboard application on one (1) wall within each of the Conference rooms and Training room, locations to the delineated on Tenant’s Layout Plan;
PAINT. The Aircraft fuselage including radome, wing to body fairings, wheel well doors, vertical stabilizer, and engine cowlings (if previously painted) shall be prepared for repainting by sanding the paint pursuant to the Airframe Manufacturer’s recommended procedures for painting of aircraft, and shall be repainted in Lessee’s standard livery using a quality paint. All other areas of the Aircraft where paint is peeled, chipped or worn out, shall be restored as necessary to provide a uniform appearance. Preparation for such repainting shall include restoration of aerodynamic sealer in areas requiring aerodynamic sealer due to deterioration or missing sealant.
PAINT. Notify Landlord, pursuant to Section 18 of this Lease, of any flaking or chipping paint found either on the inside or the outside of the Premises.
