Common use of Survival and Inclusion Clause in Contracts

Survival and Inclusion. The representations and warranties in this Article 13 shall survive until all Obligations have been repaid and this Agreement has been terminated. All statements, representations and warranties contained in any Compliance Certificate and the other Documents shall constitute statements, representations and warranties made by the Borrower to the Agent and the Lenders under this Agreement.
