Survival Beyond Termination. The terms and provisions contained in this Section 4.0 shall survive the termination of this Agreement or any license hereunder. Upon any termination of a license hereunder, LICENSEE shall return the LICENSED SOFTWARE and Documentation and delete all copies thereof from its libraries. At LICENSOR’s request, LICENSEE shall certify in writing, in a form acceptable to LICENSOR, that it has complied with its obligations under this Section 4.0.
