Survival Following Termination. If this Agreement is terminated at or before the Closing Time pursuant to Sections 7.5, 8.2, 8.4,

Survival Following Termination. If this Agreement is terminated at or before the Closing Time of the Final Closing Date pursuant to Sections 7.56.2, 8.26.4 or 6.5, 8.4,the provisions of Sections 2.3.3, 4.6 and 5.6 will remain in full force and effect, and this Article 7 will survive and apply to any claim that is made with respect to any of those provisions, or under the indemnities set out in Sections 7.5 and 7.6.
