Common use of Survival of Agreement Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Agreement Terms. Other than as may be modified herein, all terms of the Agreement and any rights granted therein shall survive this Amendment, except for the following terms of the Agreement that shall be deemed void: Sections 2(c), 2(d), 2(e), 3(b), 3(c), 3(d), 3(e), 3(f), 3(h), and 3(l). Except as set forth in Section 5, in the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of this Amendment and the Agreement, the terms of this Amendment shall prevail.
