Survival of Certain Obligations and Termination Certificate. The provisions of Articles IV, VI and VIII shall survive any termination of the Employment Period, whether by reason of the occurrence of a Triggering Event or the expiration of the Initial Term or any Extension Term. Immediately following the termination of the Employment Period, the Employee shall promptly return to the Company all property required to be returned to the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof and execute and deliver to the Company the Termination Certificate attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference made a part hereof.
