SURVIVAL OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS AND OBLIGATIONS. The provisions of --------------------------------------------------- Article 15 and this article 16.6 and all other provisions of this Contract necessary to give full force and effect thereto shall survive the expiration or early termination of the Duration of the Joint Venture for any reason. Notwithstanding the termination of this Contract, no Shareholder shall by reason of such termination be relieved of any obligation or liability accrued hereunder prior to such termination, all of which shall remain enforceable until fully satisfied.
