Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. The rights and obligations of the parties under the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive the expiration expiry or any termination hereof:: Sections 4, 5, 8, 11, 14 and 19.1 (with respect to arbitration of any claims of non-performance of a party's obligations under any surviving provision referred to in this Section 17.3), and any other provision of this Agreement which states that it survives the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
