Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. The respective parties’ remedies, payment obligations, indemnities, waivers and releases under this Lease, with respect to Tenant’s use or possession of the Premises during the Term and any holdover period, and with respect any cost or expense incurred during or with respect to the Term or any holdover period, shall survive the termination of this Lease.
