Common use of Survival of Representations, Warranties and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Obligations. Each of the representations, warranties, agreements, undertakings and indemnities set out in this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of any Placing Bank and notwithstanding the issue, sale, transfer or delivery of and payment for the New Ordinary Shares or Warrants or completion of the Offer.

Each of the representations, warranties, agreements, undertakings and indemnities set out in this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of any Placing Bank Manager and notwithstanding the issue, sale, transfer sale or delivery of and payment for the New Ordinary Shares or Warrants Stock or completion of the OfferRenominalisation, the Placing, the Rights Issue, the Debt for Equity Offers and/or the Government Transaction.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Obligations. Each of the representations, warranties, agreements, undertakings and indemnities set out given or deemed to be given in this Agreement or any document delivered under it shall remain in full force and effect regardless irrespective of any investigation made by or on behalf of any Placing Bank Manager and notwithstanding the issue, sale, transfer or delivery of and payment for the New Ordinary Shares or Warrants or Offer Shares, the completion of the OfferGlobal Offer and all other matters and arrangements referred to or contemplated by this Agreement.
