Survival of Rights and Duties. This Warrant shall terminate and be of no further force and effect on the earlier of (i) the Company's exercise of its Option to Require Exercise pursuant to Section 10, (ii) 5:00 p.m., Texas time, on the Expiration Date and (iii) the date on which this Warrant and all purchase rights evidenced hereby have been exercised, except that the provisions of Sections 4, 6(c) and 11 hereof shall continue in full force and effect after such termination date.
