Survival of Rights and Duties. This Warrant shall terminate and be of no further force and effect on the earlier of (i) 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on the Expiration Date and (ii) the date on which this Warrant and all purchase rights evidenced hereby have been exercised, except that the provisions of Sections 6(c) and 9 hereof shall continue in full force and effect after such termination date.
