Common use of Survival of Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival of Termination. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sections 3.3(f), 3.6, 11, 12, 13.4, 13.5, 15, 16(a), 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 26, 28, and this Section 27 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sections 3.3(f7(b), 3.67(c), 7(d), 8(e), 9, 11, 12, 13.413, 13.514, 15, 16(a)16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 26, 28, 20 and this Section 27 21 shall survive any termination or expiration or termination of this Agreement.
