Survival of Terms Following Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive: The obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Deposit Materials; The obligation to pay Oaks any fees and expenses due; The provisions of Article 7 hereof; and Any provisions in this Agreement which specifically state they survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
