Common use of Survival of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Survival of this Agreement. 25.1 In so far as any of the rights and powers of the Service User provided for in this Agreement shall or may be exercised or exercisable after the termination or expiry of this Agreement, then the provisions of this Agreement that confer such rights and powers shall survive and remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination or expiry of the Agreement. 25.2 In so far as any of the obligations on the Service Provider referred to in this Agreement remain to be discharged after the termination or expiry of this Agreement, then the provisions of this Agreement that impose such obligations shall survive and remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination or expiry of the Contract.
