The terms of the Finance Documents and of any side letters between the parties thereto in relation to them are incorporated in this Deed to the extent required to ensure that any disposition of the Security Assets contained in this Deed is a valid disposition in accordance with section 2(1) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000.

For the purposes of section 2 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000, the term of the Loan and Security Agreement and of any side letters between any parties in relation to the Loan and Security Agreement are incorporated into this deed.

The terms of the documents under which the Secured Obligations arise and of any side letters relating thereto between each Chargor and any of the Secured Parties are incorporated herein to the extent required for any purported disposition of the Charged Assets contained in this Deed to be a valid disposition in accordance with section 2(1) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000.

The obligations of the Chargors under this Deed and any document entered into pursuant to this Deed shall be in addition to the covenants deemed to be included in this Deed or such other document by virtue of Part I of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000.

The terms of the other Loan Documents and of any side letters between any parties in relation to any Loan Document are incorporated in this Debenture to the extent required to ensure that any purported disposition of an interest in Land contained in this Debenture is a valid disposition in accordance with section 2(1) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000.
Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000. For avoidance of doubt, Part I of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000 shall not apply to the Acquired Assets that are not of a nature capable of being legally or beneficially owned.
