Survival Terms. Upon termination of this Agreement, all obligations of the parties hereunder shall cease, except those obligations described in Sections 2.2, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, which provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall not be construed to waive or release any claim which a party is entitled to assert at the time of such termination, and the applicable provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply to such claim until it is resolved.
