Survival Upon Termination. This section shall survive for a period of three (3) years beyond termination of this Agreement, except with respect to Confidential Information that is personal or identifying information regarding or relating to a Customer, in which case this Section 6 shall be indefinite, unless in the case of Issuer such disclosure is authorized by the relevant Customer in connection with the Securities and in the case of DriveWealth is permitted by the Applicable Laws and Rules.
