Surviving Provisions on Termination. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, if this Agreement is terminated, the provisions of subsections 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.8(c), 11.1, 11.5 and 11.7 shall survive such termination and remain in full force and effect.
