Common use of Surviving Provisions on Termination Clause in Contracts

Surviving Provisions on Termination. ‌ Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, if this Agreement is terminated (whether by a Party or automatically or otherwise), the provisions of Sections 3.13, 3.16 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10 shall survive such termination and remain in full force and effect, along with any other provisions of this Agreement which expressly or by their nature survive the termination hereof.

Surviving Provisions on Termination. ‌ Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, if this Agreement is terminated (whether by a Party party or automatically or otherwise), the provisions of Sections 3.1310.1, 3.16 7.110.2, 7.2, 7.3 10.3 and 13.2 and Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10 12 (subject to any time limitations referred to therein) shall survive such termination and remain in full force and effect, along with any other provisions of this Agreement which expressly or by their nature survive the termination hereof.

Surviving Provisions on Termination. ‌ All provisions of this Agreement which expressly or by their nature survive the completion of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall continue and remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, if this Agreement is terminated (whether by a Party or automatically or otherwise), the provisions of Sections 3.131.1, 3.16 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 3.6 and Article 810, Article 9 11 and Article 10 12 shall survive such termination and remain in full force and effect, along with any other provisions of this Agreement which expressly or by their nature survive the termination hereof.
