Surviving Rights. The obligations and rights of the parties under Articles 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 and Sections 16.3, 16.4, 16.5, 16.6, 16.9 and 16.10 shall survive termination. Section 5.3 shall survive termination in accordance with the terms provided in such Section.
