Surviving Rights. The rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement shall extend beyond the termination of the Agreement only to the extent expressly provided for herein as follows: Article I, Sections 6.13(d) and 6.14, Article IX, Article X, the definitions in Article XI, Sections 11.3, 11.5, 12.2, Article XIII, Sections 14.2(c) – (f) and 14.3, and Article XV.
