Suspension and Withholding of Payment. In addition to other remedies, COUNTY reserves the right to suspend or withhold all payments to CONTRACTOR if required reports are not provided to COUNTY on a timely basis; if there are continuing deficiencies in CONTRACTOR's report, record keeping or invoicing requirements; or if CONTRACTOR’s performance of the work is not adequately evidenced or performed.
