SUSPENSION BY OWNER FOR CONVENIENCE. 19.4.1 The Owner may, without cause, by written order, direct the Design-Builder to suspend, delay or interrupt all or any part of the Work for such period of time as the Owner may determine to be appropriate for the convenience of the Owner. 19.4.2 If it should become necessary to suspend Work for an indefinite period, the Design- Builder will be granted an appropriate extension to the Contract Time for the period of suspension, which will not exceed the day-for-day period of suspension.
