Common use of Suspension by the Administrator Clause in Contracts

Suspension by the Administrator. If any of the following events of suspension shall have occurred and be continuing, the Administrator may, by notice to the Recipient, suspend in whole or in part the right of the Recipient to make withdrawals from the Grant Account: (a) The Recipient shall have failed to perform any other obligation under this Agreement. (b) The Administrator shall have suspended in whole or in part the right of the Recipient to make withdrawals under any grant agreement with the Administrator because of a failure by the Recipient to perform any of its obligations under such agreement with the Administrator. (c) As a result of events which have occurred after the date of this Agreement, an extraordinary situation shall have arisen which shall make it improbable that the Project can be carried out, or that the Recipient or any Project implementation entity will be able to perform its obligations under this Agreement. (d) The member of the Bank which is the Recipient: (i) shall have been suspended from membership in or ceased to be a member of the Bank or Association, or
