Common use of Suspension; Cancellation; Acceleration of Maturity Clause in Contracts

Suspension; Cancellation; Acceleration of Maturity. Section 5.01. The following is specified as an additional event for suspension of the right of the Beneficiary to make withdrawals from (a) the Loan Account for the purposes of Section 8.01(m) of the Loan Regulations, and (b) the Grant Account for the purposes of Section 8.01(k) of the Grant Regulations, respectively: the Beneficiary shall have failed to perform any of its obligations under the Initial Loan Agreement.
