Suspension Due to Default. 18.2.1 If the Service Provider is in breach of any of its obligations under this Contract (including, without limitation, any breach Services STCs, Version 4.0 (July 2020) Page 14 of 21 of provisions/policies relating to health safety and environment), the Company shall, subject to Clause 18.2.2, be entitled to immediately suspend the Services by written notice to the Service Provider until such time as such breach has been remedied by the Service Provider, in which case no rates or other amounts shall be payable to the Service Provider in respect of such period of suspension.
Suspension Due to Default. 13.2.1 If the Service Provider is in breach of any of its obligations under this Contract (including, without limitation, any breach of provisions/policies relating to health safety and environment), the Company shall, subject to Clause 13.2.2, be entitled to immediately suspend the Services by written notice to the Service Provider until such time as such breach has been remedied by the Service Provider, in which case no rates or other amounts shall be payable to the Service Provider in respect of such period of suspension.
Suspension Due to Default. 29.2.1 If the Contractor is in breach of any of its obligations under this Contract (including, without limitation, any breach of Clause 11 (Health Safety and Environment)), the Company shall, subject to Clause 29.2.2, be entitled to immediately suspend the Services (or part thereof) by written notice to the Contractor until such time as such breach has been remedied by the Contractor, in which case no rates or other amounts shall be payable to the Contractor in respect of such period of suspension.
Suspension Due to Default. We may suspend delivery of Services or Products if you are in default. Suspension does not affect your liability to make payment to us.
