Suspension Due to Fees. If Participant fails to pay undisputed amounts of Fees within sixty (60) days after the date of invoice, MX may suspend Participant’s access to the System after delivering notice of MX’s intent to suspend access at least ten (10) days prior to the suspension. Participant’s access to the System shall be restored upon payment of all delinquent undisputed Fees and any late charges assessed pursuant to the Agreement. Miscellaneous Provisions
