Suspension during Force Majeure Events. As soon as possible upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure, a Party affected by a Force Majeure event shall provide the other Party with written notice of the occurrence of such Force Majeure. Each Party’s obligations (other than an obligation to pay any amounts due to the other Party) shall be temporarily suspended during the occurrence of, and for the entire duration of, a Force Majeure event to the extent that such an event prevents Carrier from performing its obligations under this Agreement. Each Party’s obligations (other than an obligation to pay any amounts due to the other Party) shall be temporarily suspended beginning 20 Days after the commencement of, and for the entire remaining duration of, a Force Majeure event to the extent that such event prevents Company from performing its obligations under this Agreement. At the conclusion of the Force Majeure event, the Minimum Quarterly Transportation Commitment with respect to each Calendar Quarter in which the Force Majeure event remained in effect shall be ratably reduced to reflect such suspension.
