Suspension fee. Client acknowledges that Designer has reserved time exclusively to perform the Services. Accordingly, in the event Client causes a delay in the Services (“Client Delay”), Client shall pay to Designer, in addition to fees and expenses already incurred through the date of such Client Delay, a Suspension Fee equal to Designer’s hourly fees for idle time caused by the Client Delay, unless Designer is able to secure other work for that time for the same or greater compensation. Client acknowledges that if Designer accepts other work because of a Client Delay, Designer may adjust time to complete the Services as necessary to accommodate such other work.

Suspension fee. As per clause 12 we are entitled to charge you a $2.50 fee each week or part of a week of the suspension. Please refer to clause 12 for further details. 16.1 If you do not pay a Fee when due If you do not pay a Fee or other amount you owe when due, we can suspend your Membership until all amounts have been paid. This is in addition to our other rights under this Agreement, including those under clause 15.1. Other consequences may also apply with respect to late or rejected direct debit payments (see clause 18). Your Membership may also be terminated if any Fees remain unpaid for an extended period. You will still be liable for all unpaid amounts. A Cancellation Fee may also apply.

Suspension fee. (a) If we suspend the service because you have not paid all amounts you owe us, we may charge you a fee of $55. (b) Suspension of services at customers request for a reduced monthly access fee is not available from these services.

Suspension fee. When Service is blocked for non-payment of charges, a $20 suspension fee will be applied to your account.
