Suspension of Dealing Days. MPF, in its absolute discretion, may suspend any Dealing Day of a Sub-Fund where in the opinion of MPF there are good and sufficient reasons having regard to the interests of Policyholders.

NOTIFICATION OF DEATH A. Upon becoming aware of the death of any person served pursuant to this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify ADMINISTRATOR.
Failure to Provide Notice of Expiry If the HSP fails to provide the required 6 months’ Notice that it intends to allow this Agreement to expire, or fails to provide a Transition Plan along with any such Notice, this Agreement shall automatically be extended and the HSP will continue to provide the Services under this Agreement for so long as the Funder may reasonably require to enable all clients of the HSP to transition to new service providers.
Failure to Report No compensation shall be granted for the total period of standby if the employee is unable to report for duty when required.
Introductory Provisions 1.1.On May 30, 2018, the Contracting Parties entered into the Standard License Agreement which defines conditions of cooperation and rights and duties of the Contracting Parties while providing defined Licensed Materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
