Common use of SUSPENSION OF LICENCE FEE Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION OF LICENCE FEE. If at any time during the Licence Period hereby granted the Accommodation is destroyed or damaged by any cause other than the act or default of the Licensee or his visitors then and so often as it happens the License Fee or a fair and just proportion thereof according to the nature and extent of the damage shall be suspended during so long as the Accommodation or the destroyed or damaged part thereof remain uninhabitable or unfit for use by reason of such destruction or damage and if any dispute arises between the College and the Licensee in regard to the amount of the period of the suspension of the Licence Fee or otherwise in relation thereto it shall be referred to arbitration
