Suspension of Membership. (a) A member that fails to fulfill any of its obligations to the Corporation under this Agreement may be suspended by decision of the Board of Governors by a majority represent- ing at least three-fourths of the votes of the members, which shall include two-thirds of the Governors.

Suspension of Membership. The member so suspended shall automatically cease to be a member one year from the date of its suspension unless a decision is taken by the same majority to restore the member to good standing.
