Suspension of Standing Orders. 19.1 Any standing order may be suspended for all or part of the business of a meeting of the Joint Committee at which suspension is moved. Such a motion cannot be removed unless three members are present including one from each Council nor can such a motion be moved if the effect of suspending standing orders would be in conflict with the terms of any agreement entered into by the Councils.

Suspension of Standing Orders. These Standing Orders, with the exception of 2.6, 9, 10 and 13, may be suspended without notice in case of an emergency so far as regards any business at the Meeting by a clear majority of Members present.

  • Adoption of Subsequent Orders to Incorporate Terms That a State Mortgage Regulator, if deemed necessary under the laws and regulations of the corresponding Participating State, may issue a separate administrative order to adopt and incorporate the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A State Mortgage Regulator may sua sponte issue such subsequent order without the review and approval of Respondent provided the subsequent order does not amend, alter, or otherwise change the terms of the Agreement.
