Suspension of Supplier. 20.1 Supplier may be subject to Suspension without advance notice and may additionally be suspended from activities under the Contract if Supplier fails to comply with confidentiality, privacy, security, environmental or safety requirements applicable to Supplier’s performance or obligations under the Contract.
