Suspension of the Administration Agreement. Section 11.01. The World Bank Group entity may suspend implementation of all or part of the Project in accordance with its policies and procedures including when circumstances make it too difficult or dangerous to continue. It shall inform the Commission without delay and provide all the necessary details should a project be suspended. The Administration Agreement may be terminated in accordance with Section 12.01. If the Administration Agreement is not terminated, the World Bank Group entity shall endeavour to minimise the duration of the suspension and may resume implementation of the Project once the conditions allow, and shall inform the Commission accordingly.
