Description of Activities. The objectives of the activities (Activities) to be financed under this Trust Fund are to contribute to: (a) enhanced capacity for effective policy formulation in the countries of grant recipients of the African Capacity Building Foundation (variously, “ACBF” or “Recipient”); and (b) improvements in the management of ACBF’s operations. The Activities consist of the following:
1. Recipient-executed Activities
(a) Capacity Building Sub-grants
(b) Institutional Development
(i) Continued implementation of ACBF’s management action plan.
(ii) Development of a forward looking medium term strategy for ACBF, including establishment of an effective monitoring and evaluation system.
(iii) Preparation, supervision and evaluation of subprojects financed by ACBF.
(iv) Development and implementation of knowledge and learning activities.
2. Bank-executed Activities
Description of Activities. Grantee agrees to perform the work specified in Attachment A and in compliance with the requirements of 24 CFR Part 92 and all State and Corporation Tenant Based Rental Assistance program requirements and policies.
Description of Activities. 1.1 The GFDRR Track 2 MDTF will support:
(a) implementation of the GFDRR annual work program, as approved by the GFDRR Consultative Group as per the GFDRR Charter, as such charter may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms;

Description of Activities. The Commercialization Plan (as amended, if needed) shall include a reasonable description of the activities that Licensee shall undertake in order to market the Licensed Product in the Territory, including, but not limited to, (i) media marketing plans, promotional activities and similar matters, including detailed budgets, and (ii) the identity of intended major Distributors and Sublicensees, if any.

The objective of the Marseille Center for Mediterranean Integration Trust Fund is to support the functioning and operation of the Marseille Center for Mediterranean Integration (“MCMI”), a multi-partner cooperative arrangement among partners across the Mediterranean to enhance collaborative efforts and partnerships in core sectors.
