Suspension of Use. The User will be bound, at any time there is a demand from the Authority to vacate the Premises or any part thereof, by reason of security or operational reasons - to vacate such Premises and remove all its equipment therefrom. The Appendix will be deemed to have been temporarily or partially suspended upon such demand being delivered to the User until notice given by the Authority is received regarding the resumption of the performance thereof.
