Owner may, at any time without prior notice, suspend all or any part of the Work if, after reasonable observation and/or investigation, Owner determines it is necessary to do so to prevent or correct any condition of the Work which constitutes an immediate safety hazard or which may reasonably be expected to impair the integrity, usefulness or longevity of the Work when completed.
