Additional Consideration Retrocessionaire agrees to pay under the Inuring Retrocessions all future premiums Retrocedant is obligated to pay pursuant to the terms of the Inuring Retrocessions to the extent that such premiums are allocable to Retrocessionaire in the manner set forth in Exhibit E hereto, and not otherwise paid by Retrocessionaire and to indemnify Retrocedant for all such premiums paid directly by Retrocedant, net of any ceding commissions and similar amounts paid by Third Party Retrocessionaires to Retrocedant.

STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED The Parties agree to cooperate to provide necessary and authorized services and resources in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Specific services provided are described in Attachment A – Statement of Work.
Data to Be Provided In order for the Operator to perform the Services described in the Service Agreement, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached as Exhibit B.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED 2.1 The services which we may provide to you are general investment and dealing services in financial and commodity options, futures and contracts for differences traded on an Exchange, together with related research, advice, clearing and settlement facilities and any other services agreed between us.
Group Meals to be Provided A. During the Program, the Contractor shall provide specified Group Meals, as requested by the Judicial Council, to be charged to the Master Account. Table 1, below, is provided to reflect anticipated Group Meals only and does not constitute a firm commitment. Prior to the Program, the Judicial Council will provide one (1) or more BEO’s to the Contractor setting forth the final detail on these items. QUANTITY TO BE PURCHASED It is understood and agreed that the Contractor is entering into this Agreement as a multiple source of supply without any guarantee from the State as to the quantity of the items covered by this Contract that might be ordered during the specified period.
NOT TO BE USED AS A PRECEDENT This Agreement shall not be used in any manner whatsoever to obtain similar arrangements or benefits in any other State, Territory, Division, Plant or Enterprise.
