Common use of SWISS ADDENDUM Clause in Contracts

SWISS ADDENDUM. As stipulated in the DPA, this Swiss Addendum shall apply to any processing of Customer Personal Data subject to Swiss data protection law or to both Swiss data protection law and the GDPR. 2.1.
