Switchboards. Tenant shall have the right to connect its electrical system to the Building’s main switchboards (MSB5 and MSB6). Tenant shall be solely responsible for the electrical usage costs incurred therewith. The maximum fuse of the switchboards is 800 AMPS each.
Switchboards. All boards shall be in accordance with the types as specified, be constructed according to the detail or type drawings and must be approved before installation. In all instances where provision is to be made on boards for supply authority’s main switch and/or metering equipment the Contractor must ensure that all requirements of the authorities concerned in this respect are met. Any construction, or standard type board proposed as an alternative to that specified, must have the prior approval of the department. All busbars, wiring, terminals, etc, are to be adequately insulated and all wiring is to enter the switchgear from the back of the board. The switchgear shall be mounted within the boards to give flush to the panel. Cable end boxes and other ancillary equipment must be provided where required. Clearly engraved labels are to be mounted on or below every switch. The wording of the labels in English is to be according the lay-out drawings or as directed by the Employer’s Representative and must be confirmed on site. Flush mounted boards to be installed with the top of board 1800mm above the finished floor level.
Switchboards. The 415V switchboards shall be of the multi-unit type comprising circuit breakers, isolating switches and motor starters. Fused switches may be offered as an alternative to MCCB's. The switchboard as a whole shall be capable of sustaining, without damage, the electrical and mechanical stresses imposed by fault conditions in accordance with IEC 60439. The switchboards, and the individual components thereof, shall be `type tested' by a recognised short circuit testing authority in accordance with the above rating and copies of test Certificates proving this rating shall be submitted to Owner.

Switchboards. The contractor will be responsible for plant and emergency repairs, periodical servicing and testing of 11kV and 400V switchboards. The contractor will be responsible for servicing, repairing and testing of 400V, 11kV circuit breakers. This will include periodic testing of the insulating oil, operating mechanism, trip units, oil leakages, functionality, etc.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing non-residential buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.

  • Sprinkler System If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department or official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange or by any fire insurance company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler head or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term 100%, toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Radios The Contractor or its employees shall not use any of the two-way radios or special telecommunications equipment under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of this Contract, as well as punitive action.

  • Local Switching 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 4.1.
