Common use of Switching and Tagging Rules Clause in Contracts

Switching and Tagging Rules. The Interconnected Entities shall comply with applicable Switching and Tagging Rules in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment. Such Switching and Tagging Rules shall be developed in accordance with OSHA standards codified at 29 C.F.R. Part 1910, or successor standards. Each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other Interconnected Entity a copy of its Switching and Tagging Rules that are applicable to the other Interconnected Entity’s activities.
