Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements. For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, EMW the subtending arrangements between CSTC EMW Tandem Switches and CSTC EMW End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC which EMW maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

For purposes of routing CSTC Denali traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, Denali the subtending arrangements between CSTC Denali Tandem Switches and CSTC Denali End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC which Denali maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

For purposes of routing CSTC NLG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTCNLG, the subtending arrangements between CSTC NLG Tandem Switches and CSTC NLG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC NLG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, MPCS the subtending arrangements between CSTC MPCS Tandem Switches and CSTC MPCS End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC which MPCS maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTCTQCI, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches TQCI Tandems and CSTC TQCI End Office Switches Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC TQCI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
