The "Switchyard Facilities" clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the electrical switchyard that connects a facility to the transmission grid. SWITCHYARD FACILITIES. The 345 KV and 500 KV switchyards and facilities related thereto to be utilized by Units 4 and 5, described in Exhibit 2 hereto attached.
SWITCHYARD FACILITIES. Neither Contractor nor its Subcontractors shall interfere or tamper with high voltage equipment or apparatus within the Switchyard Facilities, nor use the area for storage, laydown or other construction purposes after the area has been cleared and graded in accordance with the Scope of Work (Exhibit A). At least 420 days prior to Phase I Commercial Operation, Contractor shall complete all clearing, grading, and other work on the Switchyard Facilities described in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A).
SWITCHYARD FACILITIES. The switchyard facilities required for the San ▇▇▇▇ Project as shown by materials listed in Exhibit III, attached hereto and incorporated herein. (a) TIER 1 TONNAGE ALLOCATION means a schedule allocating Tier 1 Tons on a monthly basis based on the SJGS monthly planned coal consumption.

Related to SWITCHYARD FACILITIES

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
