Sydney Water’s rights. If Sewer Miner fails to comply with any of its obligations under this Agreement (including its obligations under clause 10.3(a)(ii)) within a reasonable time of being required to do so Sydney Water may take all reasonably required action itself and all costs associated with taking that action will be a debt due and payable by Sewer Miner to Sydney Water on demand.

  • TEACHERS’ RIGHTS A. Pursuant to the Public Employment Relations Act, the Board hereby agrees that every teacher as defined in Article I, Section A of this Agreement, shall have the right freely to organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining or negotiation and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection, or choose not to join and support the association.
